We want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-stitched needlepoint products, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your needlepoint goods in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
